Our Sweet Dreams Pillow Mist is a gentle, naturally soothing blend of lavender, chamomile, ylang ylang, and frankincense essential oils carefully chosen for their calming, grounding, and sleep-supportive properties.   

But it’s more than just a beautiful scent, it's a signal to your nervous system that it’s time to slow down.

This mist was originally created during a time I was travelling constantly, sleeping in different hotel rooms and unfamiliar places. I began using this blend every night to tell my brain, “you’re safe now, it’s time to rest.” Over time, the scent became a ritual. A cue. A feeling of home, even when I wasn’t in my own bed.

That’s the magic of scent. Our brains link smells to moments, so over time this mist can become your personal reminder to unwind, breathe deeply, and ease into sleep.
