Haven & Co. was born out of my own journey as a flight attendant and a fitness enthusiast back in 2021. During my five years in the skies and taking crossfit seriously at the same time, I was constantly surrounded by people living busy lives- working long shifts, training hard, and often struggling with sleep and muscle soreness. It became clear to me that many people were neglecting their self-care routines because of inconsistent schedules and demanding workloads.

As I navigated this myself, I started to create solutions that worked for me. I began making magnesium balms to relieve muscle soreness and stress, as well as pillow sprays and magnesium sprays to create a slice of home during my frequent hotel stays. These products helped me unwind, sleep better, and recover from the physical demands of my job and training.

I dove deep into researching magnesium, especially transdermal magnesium, and essential oils discovering just how many benefits they offer for relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. Surprised by how many people weren’t aware of these benefits, I began making products for my family and friends. They quickly became hooked, calling them my “magic cream” and incorporating them into their nightly routines.
