We carefully prepare and pack every order with love from Mount Maunganui in the beautiful country of New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, sales, launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

New Zealand: 1–4 business days

Australia: 5–11 business days

Please note these are estimates only and delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping provider, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Haven & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Within New Zealand - Flat rate $9.95 ( includes tracking )
Within Australia - $19.95 ( includes tracking )

 

Returns & Refunds

At Haven & Co we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once products have been opened, used or removed from their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund where applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, however orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
