Haven & Co was created around two powerful natural tools for everyday wellbeing: magnesium and essential oils. After my own experience of a dysregulated nervous system, poor sleep and slow recovery, I set out to find a simple, natural way to support rest and recovery. Magnesium is involved in over 300 processes in the body - including muscle function, energy production and nervous system support. We pair it with the calming power of essential oils, since scent is the only sense deeply linked to emotion and memory, it can instantly help us feel grounded and calm.
